What is the payment process?
Full payment will be due upfront. 25% non refundable if cancelled before shooting. 50% non refundable after shooting. 100% non refundable after shooting and edits are completed.
How long before I receive my order?
All orders will be completed within 1-2 business weeks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The payment types accepted are cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash app, and PayPal.
What is the minimum time window for scheduling a session?
All scheduled sessions must be agreed upon at least 2 weeks out, prior to the event.
